Meshuggah Announce Release Of New Album 'Koloss'

Meshuggah have announced they will release new album ‘Koloss' on March 26th 2012 through Nuclear Blast  Records. The album will see a return of the math metal gods and will be their first studio release since 2008’s critically acclaimed masterpiece ‘Obzen’.

Speaking about the new album, band drummer Tomas commented: “As always, we try to take our music in a slightly different direction with each album and with 'Koloss' we feel that we really nailed what we were going for.  Organic brutality, viscera and groove all crammed into a 54-minute metalicious treat, best avoided by the faint of heart!!”

Meshuggah  have also confirmed a full headline UK tour in April 2012 in support of their highly anticipated new album due out early next year.
