Adele And The Foo Fighters Win Big At The Grammy Awards

Superstar soul singer Adele made her triumphant return to the scene with an epic performance at the Grammy Awards yesterday – and managed to pick up a grand total of six gongs at the ceremony.

Adele has been out of action for the past two months after suffering from a benign polyp, which required surgery to repair – forcing Adele to cancel a whole US tour as well as a handful of UK dates. But, the singer made her comeback appearance at the Grammy Award show last night, and earned a standing ovation – you can check the performance out below.

And, on top of the standing ovation from a huge, star-studded crowd, Adele bagged herself half a dozen Grammys – including the prestigious Album of the Year award for ‘21’. She also picked up Record of the Year, Song of the Year, Best Pop Solo Performance and Best Music Video for ‘Rolling in the Deep’.’21’ also landed the Best Pop Vocal Album award.

The Foo Fighters were also big winners at the event, picking up four awards including Best Rock Song and Best Rock Performance for ‘Walk’, Best Rock Album for ‘Wasting Light’, and Best Hard Rock/Metal Performance for ‘White Limo’.
