Madonna Accused Of Plagiarising New Single 'Give Me All Your Luvin' By Brazilian Popstar

A popstar based in Brazil has claimed that superstar singer Madonna plagiarised one of his tracks for the chorus of her new single ‘Give Me All Your Luvin’.
Madonna’s new single features on her controversially-titled forthcoming new album ‘MDNA’, with Madonna performing the track live at the Superbowl half-time show earlier this month. The cheerleader-themed track features a chant-y style chorus, a little bit similar to the chorus Joao Brasil uses in his own track ‘L.O.V.E Banana’ – a little too similar for the Brazilian star’s record label.
“I still don't understand what happened,” Joao Brasil told Jam. “I'm a huge fan of hers. If it's plagiarism, then even better. She is always at the cutting edge of music, so it's a good sign about what I do. It's in their [the record label's] hands, they're looking at how to proceed and what they can do. But personally I don't want to do anything. The last thing I need in my life is a fight with Madonna!”
We’ve embedded the two tracks below so you can decide whether Madonna has copied the star – or if it’s all a coincidence.
