Nadine Coyle Confirms Girls Aloud 2013 Reunion Tour

November last year Stereoboard reported that the countdown for a Girls Aloud reunion had officially begun. Today the girls have moved a step closer to announcing those anticipated reunion tour dates after Nadine Coyle confirmed the girl group will reunite in early 2013 to mark their tenth anniversary.
The 26-year-old has revealed that she feels its the right time for the girls to tour together again, coinciding with the year of their tenth anniversary. Speaking to the Sunday Mirror, Nadine said: “It's time to come back. At the end of the year it would have been ten years and it feels like the right time to regroup. I know everyone's been speculating about what we will do.”
Revealing further details, Nadine continued: “It will be arena dates at the start of next year and we will have new music to go with it. One or two singles I would think. It depends on how well it goes with the tour announcement. If we’re all in the same head space as a band then who knows what could happen?"
Last year bandmate Kimberly Walsh started talk of a reunion tour after she shared her thoughts on The Alan Titchmarsh Show: “We are definitely talking about plans for next year because it's our 10-year anniversary so we don't know exactly what it's going to be. I can't give too much information but we'll definitely be doing something together again which will be lovely.”
Despite Nadine comments in today's Sunday Mirror, a spokesman for Girls Aloud has said: “No official plans have been announced.” Check back to Stereoboard for further news on the Girls Aloud 2013 reunion tour. Watch this space for dates and ticket details!
