Freya Ridings Shares New 'Mother Of Pearl' Single Dancing In The Kitchen

Freya Ridings has released another track from her upcoming third album.
Pairing ukulele with her strong, emotive vocals, the stripped back Dancing In The Kitchen is about letting go of your worries and embracing vulnerability. Introducing it, Ridings explained:
"Dancing In The Kitchen is my rawest, most honest song to date. I’m thrilled that my fans resonated with the secret life I think we all share behind closed doors and eyes. The demo I shared started something and I’m in awe of the response. I truly can’t wait for this song to finally be out in the world."
Already a fan favourite and live staple after her recent shows across Australia, the song's video will premiere on YouTube at 5pm today (April 17). It offers a further glimpse into 'Mother Of Pearl', due out through BMG on May 29, following her earlier singles I Have Always Loved You, Wild Horse and Wicker Woman.
The BRIT-nominated London artist recently announced her Mother Of Pearl Tour, which heads across the UK and Europe in September and October, featuring support from Bea and Amber Run on select dates.
She also has in-store acoustic shows and signing sessions scheduled in Kingston, Southampton, London, Manchester, Birmingham, Oxford and Brighton from May 28 to June 4. Head here for details. Tickets for all dates are on sale now.
