Tyler, The Creator Pays LA Roxy $8000 After Gig Damage

Odd Future’s controversial and wildly-behaved icon Tyler, The Creator has been forced to fork over $8000 after he smashed up and destroyed sound equipment at a gig in Los Angeles last December, which saw him arrested after the show.

The incident, which was caught on camera (you can watch below), saw Tyler land himself in trouble yet again – but the rapper claimed to be simply trying to gain the attention of security staff, saying that he was ‘frustrated’ that the guards weren’t doing anything to help out their injured female fans. But since gig, which was held in LA’s Roxy on December 22nd, Tyler has agreed to pay the venue $8000/£5100 – to make sure no criminal charges are brought against him.
