Sonisphere Knebworth To Make New Announcement At Midnight Tonight!

Listen up metalheads, following the announcement of the first batch of bands two weeks ago, Sonisphere Festival are to make a brand new announcement tonight/tomorrow at 12:00am. Tune into the Radio One Rock Show with Daniel P Carter for the details as they are announced!
Sonisphere Knebworth Weekend And Day Tickets for this year’s festival went on-sale on 23rd February, meaning you can now start planning your adventures to Knebworth – where rock legends Queen, Kiss and Faith No More will all be performing headline sets!
Sonisphere always promises to be a massive festival and 2012 is no different – boasting some of the biggest headlining names of any festival this year so far. One of the most anticipated performances is KISS who will bring their stage extravaganza to Sonisphere as their only European performance of 2012.
Knebworth was also the setting for Queen's final concert with Freddie Mercury in August 1986. Brain May and Roger Taylor also confirmed that for this very special event they will be joined by US singer-songwriter Adam Lambert. Speaking of Lambert’s inclusion, Brian May said: “Judging by my incoming mail, this decision will make a lot of people very happy. It's a worthy challenge for us, and I'm sure Adam would meet with Freddie's approval! And what better place to revisit, and walk those emotional paths than Knebworth? It will be a rush.”
For the finale, Sunday night, Sonisphere have announced the legendary Faith No More as the headline act on the Apollo stage. Faith No More have been setting new standards in exciting rock performance for more than two decades now.
Joining the star-studded line-up is a long list of musicians and bands, including Incubus, Gojira, Cypress Hill, Lacuna Coil, Marilyn Manson, Mastodon, I Killed the Prom Queen and a whole range of other bands.
