Deadmau5 Track 'Professional Griefers' Appears Online With Gerard Way Vocals

My Chemical Romance singer Gerard Way has reportedly recorded a track with superstar producer deadmau5 – just a couple of days after deadmau5 gave a huge statement slamming ‘dipshit’ collaborations with big stars.

The track, which is currently unconfirmed by deadmau5 himself, appeared online this morning on SoundCloud – you can check it out embedded below. The track has been uploaded by a user from Canada known as ‘brandondove’, and has received over 10,000 plays since it’s upload this morning, with one SoundCloud user describing the track as sounding ‘sexy’, while a more enthusiastic listener wrote: “HOLY SHIT WHAT IS THIS EARGASM I'M HAVING?!?!”

Gerard Way hasn’t made any mention of the track as of yet but one of his spokespersons has confirmed to NME that it was indeed Way providing vocals for the track. It’s unknown how ‘brandonlove’, who also posted a lower quality but longer version to YouTube, obtained the track – though fans aren’t really asking many questions. The backing track 'Professional Griefers' was a single released by deadmau5 last year, but only now has a version with any kind of vocals mixed over it appeared.

If you’re a fan, make sure you catch him at one of his up and coming UK shows. Check below the SoundCloud embed for more info.
