Fred Durst Threatens To Sack Original Limp Bizkit Band Members

Nu-metal legends Limp Bizkit have hit a bump on their road to reunion – after it was revealed that main-man Fred Durst was looking to get rid of two of the original Limp Bizkit band-members.
The band have signed a brand new record deal with Cash Money Records – the same label as Lil Wayne – and have lined-up a handful of gigs across Europe (including one in London’s Brixton Academy) for their comeback. But, now it seems there may be no space for original DJ Lethal and drummer John Otto – something which fans and, of course, the original members may not take too kindly too.
Durst has reportedly got business in mind and has seen a ‘new vision’ for the band, and, if he goes through with the vision, it’ll mean the end of the Lethal and Otto’s place in the band – something which Lethal described as ‘not cool’.
Speaking to TMZ, Lethal said: “We've worked together the last 4 years to bring Limp Bizkit back to where it is today... and to just be thrown out on the street after the band gets a new deal and a new chance at life isn't cool.
“You can't push away the people who helped you get there. The fans should know that if 2/5 of the original band are not playing at the concerts, it won’t be truthful to them.”
