The line-up for the 2012 Capital FM Summertime Ball is to be confirmed at 10.00am tomorrow, Saturday 21st April, with tickets for the event on presale from 9am. The Capital FM Summertime Ball is always a highlight of the UK's live pop event calendar and this year's line-up is rumoured to be one of the best ever. The 2012 Summertime Ball takes place at Wembley Stadium on Saturday June 9th and although the line-up is yet to be confirmed, judging on past shows, expect some big pop names to be announced tomorrow.
Jennifer Lopez and Nicole Sherzinger both performed at last year's event, while the event has also been graced by appearances from Cheryl Cole, Cee Lo Green, Example, The Wanted and Rihanna. Latest rumoured acts to appear at this year's ball include Nicki Minaj, Jessie J, McFly, The Wanted and Steps.
Speaking about the fourth annual Capital FM Summertime Ball, Mike Gordon, managing director of Global Radio, said: “We’re really excited by this year's event and we’re sure Vodafone's customers and our listeners will be too. It’s great to have Vodafone as our partner this year. We’ve developed a great ongoing relationship with them and they know the results we deliver.”
