Legendary 'Madchester' band Inspiral Carpets are to perform a V Festival warm-up show at Sub 89, Reading, on Thursday 16th August 2012. Click Here to Compare & Buy Inspiral Carpets Tickets.
Having returned to the studio to craft more new music, Inspiral Carpets embarked on their first UK tour in four years in March. Consisting of Clint Boon, Craig Gill, Stephen Holt, Graham Lambert and Martyn Walsh, Inspiral Carpets hit the road for an eight-date jaunt supporting new material, including new track 'You're So Good For Me'.
Ranking alongside the Happy Mondays and The Stone Roses, The Inspiral Carpets came to prominence with the release of tracks like 'This Is How It Feels' and 'She Comes In the Fall', songs that remain indie anthems over a decade later.
Today the band have confirmed a show at Sub 89, Reading, on Thursday 16th August 2012, in preparation for their V Festival appearance. The band are currently on tour, supporting The Happy Mondays.
