Madina Lake Announce 'Trilogy Finale' UK Tour Dates & Tickets

Madina Lake have announced dates for a UK 'Trilogy Finale' tour this November and December. The Chicago alternative rockers will be touring and performing debut album 'From Them, Through Us, To You,' from start to finish, as well as a selection of songs from the rest of their body of work. Madina Lake Tickets are on sale from 9am on Monday 30th July.

The tour was announced via the band's official website with a statement that read:

"Madina Lake was conceived 7 years ago, when Matthew, Nathan, Dan and Mateo shared a magical night together in Chicago… As their friendship evolved into something cosmic, a risky decision was made to abandoned their respective musical situations, to form one. A band that could fulfill each members’ vision for their ideal career. The visions matched up, the chemistry was undeniable and we formed Madina Lake. That night we agreed to embark on a journey of realizing an idea that would materialize over three records before we revealed the statement behind it. This tour is the culmination of a 7 year endeavor to get here.

For this tour, we will be performing “From Them, Through Us, To You,” from start to finish. After that, we will do another set of songs from the rest of out body of work.

We will have available, hard copies of the book that has corresponded with each record, including the finale, and an epilogue explaining the symbology and meaning behind all the clues we’ve left in records, artwork, shows etc..

Mateo will be back with us playing guitar, and of course we will have all the Madina tricks up our sleeves as well.

This is for the River People...

Thank you for existing."

Madina Lake released third studio album 'World War III' in September last year. The first and second singles from the album, 'Hey Superstar', and 'Imagineer' were produced by Smashing Pumpkin Billy Corgan. 'World War III' is the first album release via the band's new label Razor & Tie. It was also the last record with guitarist Mateo Camargo, who parted ways with the band in 2012.

Mon 26 Mar 2018
While Jack White has never been the most kempt figure, his music has always possessed meticulous attention to detail. David Byrne is feeling buoyant. Despite all that is wrong with the world (and the USA in particular), he is choosing to answer it with relentless positivity. Thirty Seconds To Mars have a habit of tapping into the musical zeitgeist. Their self-titled debut capitalised on the fallout from nu-metal at the start of the millennium, while their breakthrough, ‘A Beautiful Lie’, rode high on the emo wave of mid-2000s. More recent releases - ‘This is War’ and ‘Love, Lust, Faith and Dreams’ - followed the trend of infusing anthemic guitar music with outsized electronics.
