Ne-Yo Scores Fourth #1 UK Single

R&B and pop star Ne-Yo has returned to the UK Singles chart this month, after hitting #1 for the fourth time in his career with new track ‘Let Me Love You (Until You Learn To Love Yourself)’.

‘Let Me Love You...’ is the first UK #1 single on his recently rejuvenated Motown label in 20 years (the last being Boyz II Men’s ‘End of the Road’). Now working its way back to the top, Motown is set to go from strength to strength, and has an array of brilliant releases on the horizon. Ne-Yo is intrinsically linked with the rebirth of Motown.

His solo work has sold over 8 million albums and 23 million singles worldwide, and in the UK alone, he has sold over 1 million albums and 2 million singles. Including his guest appearances, he has sold a phenomenal 4.4million singles (these include tracks with Mariah Carey, Calvin Harris and David Guetta). The multi-platinum, three-time Grammy award winning artist has also worked with the likes of Mary J. Blige, Usher, Kanye West, Lionel Richie, Beyonce and Rihanna.

The forthcoming release of his new album ‘R.E.D.’ will undoubtedly cement Ne-Yo as a heavyweight in the R&B and pop world. R.E.D’s title is an acronym for ‘Realising Every Dream’. The title, said Ne-Yo, “came from me stepping outside myself, looking at my life as it is today and realising that every dream I’ve had from the day I decided I wanted to do music, every dream that I’ve had from then til now, I’m definitely on the way to realising it.”

You can check out ‘Let Me Love You...’ below - it’s already been listened to over 10million times on YouTube alone.
