The Killers Reveal Sir Elton John Helped With 'Battle Born' Track Titles

American rockers The Killers have revealed that it’s British singer-songwriter Elton John who has inspired some of the track titles on their forthcoming new album ‘Battle Born’ - out September 18th.
Sir Elton is apparently known to write out pages and pages of track titles before starting songs or writing lyrics, and donated ‘Miss Atomic Bomb’ - a track on their new record - to the band after a meeting.
“He just said, 'Do you like titles?'... he writes pages of titles before lyrics,” The Killers frontman Brandon Flowers told The Sun. “I didn't come up with 'Miss Atomic Bomb', but I was reading something about Nevada history shortly after that and that just jumped out. That's such a strong title, a great launching pad.”
