Skinny Lister Nominated For Hardest Working Band At The AIM Independent Music Awards

Folk five-piece Skinny Lister have been nominated for the ‘Hardest Working Band’ award at this year’s AIM Independent Music award, it has been revealed.
The band, signed to independent record label Sunday Best Recordings have already played to more than 1 million people this year, covering 20,000 miles whilst playing 120 Gigs in 50 days on the US Vans Warped Tour, on top of a full summer of UK festivals, gigs in Germany, France and Canada.
Skinny Lister we already crowned Hardest Working Band of 2011 and hailed as the Hardest Working Band in Britain by the Evening Standard. Now, they’re nominated to win the award once again at this year’s ceremony, which takes place on October 29th in London.
Talking of the AIM Independent Music Award Nomination, Skinny Lister’s Daniel Heptinstall said:
“Working hard is in Skinny Lister's DNA. We love getting out there with our rum fuelled live show and reaching out to as many people as possible, so it's great to be recognised with the AIM Awards nomination. Cheers!”
