Guns N Roses frontman Axl Rose has apparently agreed to do his first live television interview for over 20 years this month, as he hopes to promote his band’s 12-date residency at Las Vegas’ Hard Rock Hotel & Casino.
The latest line-up of Guns N Roses will be performing at the venue 12 times from October 31st to November 24th, following the band’s induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame earlier this year. But, with tickets failing to sell-out as of yet, Rose will be breaking his 20 year-long duck of not sitting down for an interview live on television to talk to US chat show host Jimmy Kimmel.
The residency, appropriately titled ‘Appetite for Democracy’ (a blend of their seminal 1987 record ‘Appetite for Destruction’ and their most recent record ‘Chinese Democracy’), will see the band putting on three shows a week - Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday nights - and celebrates 25 years since ‘Appetite for Destruction’ hit shelves.
You can catch Rose giving his first live interview for over 20 years on Jimmy Kimmel’s show on October 24th. Check the link below to find tickets to any of the Guns N Roses Las Vegas shows.
