Local Support Bands Announced For Jagermeister Music Tour

The local support bands for the Jägermeister Music Tour have been announced.

ImageThe Jager Music tour will feature a different opening act each night. Opening at O2 Academy Sheffield on 18th March are Post-Hardcore mob Heights, who look forward to kicking off – singer Monty comments:
"I saw Gojira as main support for In Flames at The Astoria about 5 years ago, and they've been a huge inspiration of mine ever since. Opening one of the dates for Gojira and a band like Ghost is a massive honour, so it's gonna be a great show!"

In Glasgow, alt rockers Dead Till Friday are ecstatic about opening on the 19th March: “We're extremely excited to be playing the Jäger tour this year, there's always a fantastic lineup and this year is no exception. We can't wait to get over to Glasgow and play to a new crowd and show off our new material.”

Local openers for O2 Bristol Academy show on 20th March will be Welsh rockers Revoker (pictured): "Yeah we're really looking forward to the show! We love playing the O2 Academy venues, there's always a great atmosphere there! We've toured with The Defiled before so it'll be cool to catch up with those guys again and it'll be great to catch Ghost and Gorjira and see what kinda show those guys are gonna put on! It's gonna be a rocking night and we can't wait!"

On Friday 22nd March, Devil Sold His Soul will bring their ambient post-hardcore sound to the O2 Academy Bournemouth: “We're so stoked to be playing the Bournemouth show of the Jagermeister Music Tour. Not only will it be an honour to share the stage with Ghost and Gojira, but it will also be one of the biggest shows we've ever played in the UK. It's gonna be heavy as hell, see you in the pit.”

Setting the mood for the Birmingham O2 Academy show on the 23rd March are experi-mentalists Hawk Eyes, who say: "After spending the past few months writing and recording our new EP we are very excited to be back on the road. We'll be playing some old and brand new songs for the lovely people of Birmingham."

On Sunday 24th March, UK hardcore leaders Feed The Rhino will start the last day of the party: “What can we say! This is an incredible honour to be apart of this show. Playing O2 Academy is such an amazing achievement for us, for any band. To walk out on that stage in that room in front of all those people is going to be absolutely mind blowing! Haha it's giving me butterflies thinking about. A big thank you goes out to Jagermeister for the invitation to bring the chaos! See you on March 24th.”
