Sunderland punk rockers The Toy Dolls have announced a November UK tour, following on from the release of their 12th studio album ‘The Album After the Last One’, which hit shelves in March last year.
The band - which currently consists of frontman Michael ‘Olga’ Algar, bassist Tom ‘Tommy Goober’ Blyth, and drummer Duncan ‘The Amazing Mr. Duncan’ Redmonds - kick off the tour in Manchester on November 1st, before travelling to venues in Sunderland, Glasgow, Birmingham, Brighton, Bristol, and London, before rounding off things with a gig in Nottingham.
Tickets for the gigs go on sale this Friday (February 22nd), and will cost you £17.50 + fees (London £20.00 + fees, Bristol £15.00 + fees) - you can grab yours through Stereoboard using the dates and links provided below.
The Toy Dolls are as excited as their fans of their tour, and have posted about it on their official website, also revealing their tour support.
They wrote: “We thought long and hard about the special guest for these shows, we have chosen someone who we not only really like as a person, but someone who is an absolute legend! I am so flattered that this guy wants to join us on the tour again! From The Adverts ‘TV SMITH’.”
They continued on to say: “We know there’s gonna be some of you disappointed that we won't get to your town, but we have tried to cover as much of the UK as we can, so its still possible for you to drive to a show even if its not in your town.”
