Blur Announce First Irish Gig In Four Years

Blur have announced their return to Ireland, their first visit in four years, with a one-off live date in Dublin on 1st August.

Blur will perform at Dublin's Irish Museum of Modern Art, another date on a live schedule that is becoming more and more populated. This new show adds to the growing list of festival commitments throughout Europe, Asia and North America.

Primavera Sound in Spain, Rock Werchter in Belgium, Coachella Festival and Mexico’s Vive Latino will all host performances by Blur, as yet there are no UK shows planned for 2013.

You can catch Blur members Damon Albarn and Graham Coxon at London's Royal Albert Hall for a special Teenage Cancer Trust show on 23rd March. The one-off London date will see Damon and Graham collaborating with former Britpop rival Noel Gallagher – who has curated the charity concerts.

Blur 2013 Ireland Live Dates are as follows:

Aug 1st - Dublin Irish Museum of Modern Art
