Phoenix Unveil Breakbot Remix Of New Single ’Trying To Be Cool’ - Listen Now

Phoenix have premièred a genius remix of 'Trying To Be Cool' by Ed Banger recording artist Breakbot. Mixing Phoenix singer Thomas Mars’ vocal line with old school, Paris Is Sleeping/Respect is Burning French house flourishes, Breakbot’s version of 'Trying To Be Cool' is destined to be the laid back anthem of the summer.
This also marks the announcement of their new single - 'Trying To Be Cool' is set for release on 8th July on Atlantic Records UK.
Phoenix are also one of the first headliners to be announced for this year’s iTunes Festival, on 7th September at London’s iconic Roundhouse, which follows appearances at Glastonbury, T In The Park, Reading & Leeds and more.
