Reckless Love, the flamboyant Finnish rockers who burst onto the UK scene in 2010, will have their third full-length studio album, 'Spirit', released via Spinefarm Records on September 2.
Produced by IlkkaWirtanen, and with mixing duties divided between Wirtanen, JuhaHeininen and PetriMajuri, the album is the follow-up to 2011’s ‘Animal Attraction’.
The album represents a bold step forward for Reckless Love, with the commercial aspects of the music pushed to new and heady heights, plus the heavier side showing some serious bite.
The album's second single has now been confirmed as So Happy I Could Die, with a video due to be filmed in early August, following on from lead track Night On Fire.
In addition, Reckless Love have announced a headline run of UK dates for October 2013. Guitarist Pepe said: “We are thrilled to have some UK dates back in our calendar! Even more so because, as we promised last time around, we will have a brand new album out by the time we get there. We are going to fire with all guns and get ground-breakingly explosive on stage as we hit hard with the new songs mixed up with the best of the old. So, dear UK friends, do not miss this chance to witness the best Reckless Love shows to date!"
This tour follows on from the band’s month-long UK visit in autumn last year, which included a four-night residency in London.
