Devon Sproule And Mike O’Neill Announce Autumn UK Tour

Troubadour Devon Sproule returns with a new body of collaborative work with Mike O’ Neill of Canadian indie band, Inbreds. Together they will release new album ‘Colours’ via Tin Angel Records on 23 September before a UK tour in October.
The newly established relationship found through her Low Key Karoke project has allowed Sproule and O’Neill to stretch into a new musical territory.
‘Colours’ features an all-star Toronto band including guitar and synthwiz Thom Gill, a rhythm section borrowed from the R&B project Bernice (Robin Dann on vocals, Philip Melanson on Drums and Dan Fotin on bass) and and SandroPerri at the production helm.
O’Neill credentials include being one half of Canada’s finest The Inbreds, he also won the Gemini award for his compositions on food program French Food At Home. You may recognise him for his portrayal of Thomas Collins in TV show Trailer Park Boys.
American chanteuse Devon Sproule has four critically acclaimed albums under her Tin Angel belt including ‘I Love You Go Easy’ and ‘Keep Your Silver Shined’. Performances include Glastonbury, Cambridge Folk Festival and Moseley Folk Festival along with sell-out performances from Union Chapel and the Queen Elizabeth Hall.
Tour supports include a plethora of legendary artists such as Richie Havens, Lucinda Williams and Bill Callahan.
