Diana Vickers Announces New Album 'Music To Make Boys Cry'

Friday, 26 July 2013 Written by Jon Stickler

Diana Vickers will follow-up her Number 1 debut album with ‘Music To Make Boys Cry’ on September 15.

The 21-year-old recently signed a new record deal with independent label, So Recordings, and the album has been championed by Xenomania lyricist and all-round pop genius Miranda Cooper.

The ‘Music To Make Boys Cry’ sessions started in LA when Diana was introduced to Miranda, whose relaxed approach to songwriting immediately fused with Vickers' vision for the album.

In addition to working on her music, Diana has just finished filming new Sky Living Comedy, Give Out Girls, which focuses on the story of a group of girls who work in promotions. The sitcom set in Manchester is set to air later this year.

‘Music To Make Boys Cry’ tracklisting is as follows:

1. Music to Make Boys Cry
2. Cinderella
3. Lightning Strikes
4. Dead Heat
5. Boy In Paris
6. Mad At Me
7. Smoke
8. Mr. Postman
9. Better In French

9. Blame Game

Diana will be back playing live shows in the run up to the album release – dates to be announced soon!
