Record breaking superstars One Direction have announced details of an unprecedented worldwide event, ‘1D Day’, which will give people from every corner of the world a unique opportunity to enter into One Direction’s world through a seven-hour live broadcast with the band. 1D Day will be broadcast live on November 23.
1D Day is the first live event of its kind, giving people from different countries and time-zones the chance to interact with the band throughout the broadcast. With the quality of a high-end HD production and the intimacy of a webchat the event will provide unparalleled access to One Direction’s world, helping the band reach fans in every country. It will feature special guest appearances, sketches with the band, live broadcasts with different countries and fan-generated videos.
The 1D Day campaign launches today and fans should check the band’s social media (Google+, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter) and official site regularly for updates on how to get involved.
Talking about 1D Day, Liam says:

One Direction are currently on a worldwide tour, having recently announced their third studio album ‘Midnight Memories’ which is due for release on November 25. The band have also announced the first few legs of a worldwide stadium tour for 2014 – including eight sold out dates in the UK and Ireland.
