Katy Perry will perform her brand new track Unconditionally at the MTV European Music Awards.
The singer is gearing up for the release of her hugely-anticipated new album ‘Prism’, which hits shelves on October 21, and she’ll be releasing its second single, Unconditionally, the same day. Now, in one of the first live appearances she’ll be making in the album’s wake, she’s revealed that she’ll be performing the track at the MTV EMAs.
Speaking to fans via a statement, Perry said:
“I'm so excited to return to the EMA stage! I have tailor-made a performance of a brand new song from Prism to share with fans from around the world on November 10.”
The European Music Awards take place in Amsterdam’s Ziggo Dome on November 10, and will be broadcast from 9pm onwards. As well as Perry, there’ll be a few other performances from artists who’ve yet to be announced - though it has been reported that Will Ferrell will be making an appearance as his beloved Anchorman character Ron Burgundy.
You’ll have to wait a little longer to hear her performance of Unconditionally and for the single itself, but for now, check out Prism’s lead single Roar below!
