Katy Perry has added a huge Welsh show to her summer tour plans.
The pop superstar will headline Cardiff Castle on June 30 as part of the TK Maxx Presents DEPOT Live series.
Pre-sale tickets via Ticketmaster go live from 9am on Thursday (November 20), ahead of general sale at 9am on Friday (November 21).
The concert is one of only two exclusive UK shows that Perry will play next year. She said: "What’s up Wales? I can’t wait to see you guys and we’ll have a party you’ll never forget. It will be epic."
DEPOT Live founder Nick Saunders added: “Katy Perry is an icon so we are delighted to be welcoming her to Cardiff next summer.
“Given her superstar status and the fact that this is one of only two shows in the UK next year this will be a hot ticket, so do not delay on securing your place at what will be a brilliant night at the castle.”
The American vocalist, who recently released the new song Bandaids, will also headline the inaugural Blenheim Palace Festival on July 1, Dublin's Malahide Castle on June 24, and a number of festivals across mainland Europe, including Rock In Rio Lisboa, Werchter Boutique and Festival de Nimes.
She released her latest album, '143', in September 2024, followed that December by an extended version called '1432' featuring four extra songs.
Next summer, DEPOT Live will also host headliners Ethel Cain, Pete Tong, Billy Ocean, David Gray, Mika, Garbage and Skunk Anansie, The Streets, McFly, Two Door Cinema Club and Alter Bridge, the latter of whom will headline and curate their own Blackbird Festival. The signature Depot In The Castle event is set to return too, with The Wombats topping the bill. Tickets for those shows are already on sale.
