Hotly-tipped southern rock outfit, Blackberry Smoke are set to release their UK debut album, 'The Whippoorwill' on February 17 2014 and make their first UK appearance with a one-off show at Camden's Barfly on Wednesday November 13.
The Barfly show sold out in less than an hour, such is the anticipation for the Atlanta band's first UK visit. Vocalist and guitarist, Charlie Starr enthuses: "I'm all goosebumps about coming over to play where SO many of my favourite artists are from!", whilst drummer, Brit Turner adds, "Finally! We are so excited to play the Mother Land!"
The UK edition of 'The Whippoorwill' album features three additional bonus tracks and first single, Shakin' Hands With The Holy Ghost is currently available as an instant grat when you pre-order the album over at iTunes. Check out the video to see what the fuss is all about.
