Once In A Lifetime Tour Takes Over At Summit Of Stereoboard's Hot Ticket Chart

Friday, 25 October 2013 Written by Stereoboard.com

The don’t make ‘em like they used to, eh? This week, top spot on Stereoboard’s Hot Ticket Chart is reserved for some of pop’s elder statesmen, with the Osmonds, David Essex, Showaddywaddy and the Bay City Rollers combining for next year’s Once In A Lifetime tour.

Last week’s chart topper, Gary Barlow, is down four places to number five, with Disney On Ice, Arctic Monkeys and Micky Flanagan leapfrogging the Take That man into spots two, three and four. Michael Buble occupies seventh and is sandwiched between the shaking hips of Strictly Come Dancing and high-risk acrobatics of Nitro Circus Live. Completing the top 10 are superstar boyband One Direction and rubber-faced funnyman Lee Evans.

At 11 are alt-pop darlings Bastille, with X Factor winner James Arthur and Jake Bugg - who this week confirmed new dates for 2014 - just behind. With arena dates to keep them busy in the coming weeks, Jessie J and John Mayer are side by side at numbers 14 and 15, while rising star John Newman has gatecrashed the top 20, joining Justin Timberlake, Bruno Mars and Disclosure in completing this week’s rundown.
