The Libertines have confirmed two shows at London's Alexandra Palace for the autumn.
The reunited band recently played two nights in Glasgow Barrowlands and headlined tonight's show at the British Summer Time festival in London's Hyde Park, to a rapturous sold-out crowd of 65,000 fans. The Libertines will head to Portugal for Lisbon's Optimus Alive Festival on July 12 and then on to Spain for Benicàssim Festival on July 19, with more European headline shows scheduled throughout October.
The band will return to the English capital on September 27 and 28 for their two nights at Ally Pally, with tickets going on sale at 9am on Monday July 7, priced from £35.00 + fees.
The Libertines are Peter Doherty – vocals/guitar, Carl Barât – vocals/guitar, John Hassall – bass guitar and Gary Powell – drums.
