Mariah Carey has announced dates for a new world tour in support of her latest album, 'Me. I Am Mariah... The Elusive Chanteuse'.
The singer will kick off her The Elusive Chanteuse Show Tour later this year, getting underway at the Makuhari Messe Arena in Tokyo, Japan, on October 4, before travelling across the rest of Asia throughout the month. Head to mariahcarey.com for a full list of shows.
Speaking about the new tour, Carey said in a statement:
“I want to experience the spontaneity and emotion that I put into this album on stage with my fans. I can’t stop writing songs so don’t be surprised if you hear a brand new song that I just wrote the night before the show in your city!”
Further dates are expected to be announced, so stay tuned for news on shows in North America, Europe and the UK.
