Years & Years Share New Single Shine

Years & Years have shared their new single, Shine.

The trio's new track will be released on Polydor Records on July 5. It precedes their debut album, 'Communion', due July 10. Discussing the song, which you can check out below, lead singer Olly Alexander said:

 “The metaphor of ‘shine’ and ‘shining’ comes from the way somebody can make you feel totally brand-new and special and re-made in the light of their love, but how that can feel incredibly unstable and overwhelming and make you want to destroy yourself.”

Years & Years will kick off their UK tour on May 19 at York's Fibbers. The band will also make a number of festival appearances including Wild Life, Glastonbury, Latitude and Reading and Leeds.
