Chain Of Flowers Line Up October Release For Debut Album

Thursday, 06 August 2015 Written by Laura Johnson

Chain Of Flowers will release their debut, self-titled, album in October.

The Cardiff sextet's first full length offering is due October 16 via Alter. Discussing the recording process, vocalist Joshua Smith said:

“We dropped ourselves into the middle of nowhere and hammered it out with next to no sleep available to us. The urgency and delirium of the situation helped us. Though we only had 96 hours in a studio to physically make it what we wanted, this record is the product of our last three years as a band and beyond that as individuals. We spent a lot of time in our space writing these songs and we’ve also spent a lot of time ironing them out through playing as and when and wherever we have been able to.”

Meanwhile, the band have revealed a new track, Crisis, which you can listen to below.

Chain Of Flowers will play Visions Festival's opening party tomorrow in London at The Moth Club. Following this they will hit the road with Ceremony and Bad Breeding, calling at Nottingham's Bodega Social Club on August 9, Brudenell Social Club in Leeds on August 10, Glasgow's Broadcast on August 11 and Sound Control in Manchester on August 12.

Chain Of Flowers Upcoming Tour Dates are as follows:

Fri August 07 2015 - LONDON Moth Club
