The song features on the Finnish metallers' new record, 'Under The Red Cloud', which is due out on September 4 via Nuclear Blast. Discussing the track, guitarist Esa Holopainen said:
"This song presents a bit more of familiar AMORPHIS track, with catchy choruses and a melodic touch. The video for Sacrifice was shot in Helsinki and Hämeenlinna and follows the lyrical themes of the song."
Amorphis will return to the UK on December 19 to support Nightwish at their only UK show of 2015, at the SSE Arena Wembley.
