Guns N' Roses, LCD Soundsystem And Calvin Harris Confirmed As Headliners For Coachella

Tuesday, 05 January 2016 Written by Laura Johnson

Guns N' Roses, LCD Soundsystem and Calvin Harris have been booked to headline this year's Coachella festival.

Following several short bursts of possible reformation-related activity, Coachella have officially announced that Guns N' Roses will appear at this year's festival. Frontman Axl Rose has also confirmed the news, along with Slash and Duff McKagan.

LCD Soundsystem have also recently flickered back into life, with James Murphy releasing Christmas Will Break Your Heart on Christmas Eve amid swirling Coachella reports. Their website, meanwhile, now features the line: "2016 tour dates coming soon."

Coachella will return to Indio, California between April 15-17 and April 22- 24. Also on the bill are Ellie Goulding, Courtney Barnett, Ice Cube, Sia and the Last Shadow Puppets - the project of Alex Turner, Miles Kane, and producer James Ford - who have recently teased the follow up to their 2008 debut LP. Check out the full line up below. Tickets go on sale at 11am tomorrow, January 6, here.
