Frightened Rabbit Post Video For Get Out

Wednesday, 02 March 2016 Written by Laura Johnson

Frightened Rabbit have posted a video for Get Out.

The track will feature on the band’s fifth album, ‘Painting of a Panic Attack’, which is due for release on April 8 and was produced by Aaron Dessner of the National. Discussing the song, frontman Scott Hutchison said:

"Get Out is about an addiction to another person. You know, "love is the drug" and all that good/bad stuff. You become unaware that you've pushed aside all other relationships to immerse yourself in another human. It's wonderful, yet terribly unhealthy. I think Greg's video reflects this sentiment beautifully, the literal push and pull of an intense but destructive love."

Take a look at the video, filmed in Kiev and directed by Greg Davenport, below.

Frightened Rabbit have lined up a short run of UK dates in April, calling at Manchester's Academy 2, Dunfermline's Alhambra and St John At Hackney Church in London, on April 12, 13 and 14 respectively. Tickets are on sale now, priced at £15.00 (£17.50 in London), plus fees.
