Black Peaks have shared a video for their latest single, White Eyes.
The track is taken from the Brighton four-piece's debut album, 'Statues', which came out in April via Easy Life/Sony RED. Discussing it, singer Will Gardner said:
"White eyes is probably the most challenging song on the record for us , both musically and personally . We spent years writing and re writing this song to get to a point that we were all happy with . White eyes pushed us all to the limit and is a huge representation of the struggle we all went through as a band to get this record out to the world and the things we went through as people over the last 2 years. White eyes is about the fear of getting old and the uncertainty of what each of us face in our own journey."
Following their appearance at Download, the band will play Tramlines, Y Not Festival, Truck, ArcTanGent, 2000trees, Fort Fest and Macmillan Festival, among others, this summer. They will also support Arcane Roots at York's Fibbers on July 8, following which they will play a run of headline dates, calling in Norwich, Milton Keynes, Birmingham, Guildford, Hull and Stoke-On-Trent between July 9 and 22.
Later in the year Black Peaks will hit the road with Heck for a co-headline tour of the UK. They will head to Huddersfield, Bristol, London, Sheffield, Edinburgh, Wolverhampton, Cardiff, Swansea, Exeter and Southampton between September 4 and 18. Tickets are on sale now.
