Petula Clark has released a video for Sacrifice My Heart.
The track will feature on her new album, 'From Now On', which is due out on September 16 via BMG. Discussing her new material, she said:
“Getting the personality of your own voice out is important…. I’m learning all the time, and it never stops. And to do new songs - it’s like having love affairs. They’re always my favourites because they’re sort of slightly unknown. I love singing the old songs, but I’ve done that. Newness is important to me. Moving on is important to me.”
Following the record's release the singer will hit the road for an autumn UK tour, calling in Guildford, Bristol, Basingstoke, Wycombe, Cardiff, Birmingham, Manchester, Folkestone, Southend, Salisbury, Bournemouth, Leeds, Bridlington Spa, Glasgow and London between October 3 and 23.
