NZCA Lines Post 'Infinite Summer' Videos

Thursday, 26 January 2017 Written by Laura Johnson

NZCA Lines are set to release a video for every track on 'Infinite Summer', their sophomore album, which came out in January 2016 via Memphis Industries.

In a statement about the series, for which he teamed up with designers TAXONYM and Amala Studio, the band's Michael Lovett said:

"Infinite Summer was inspired by concept-driven albums such as Daft Punk's Discovery / Interstella 5555 and Drexciya's Neptune's Lair. It was always my dream to have a visual for each song, something that would draw an audience deeper into our world. Our Village Underground show was an opportunity to bring the album to life onstage in a way we hadn't done before. I worked closely with TAXONYM and Amala Studio to articulate my thoughts, feelings and ideas behind each song on Infinite Summer, which they interpreted to create each of the videos."
