Ride will headline the Thursday night at Green Man.
They join PJ Harvey, Ryan Adams and Future Islands in topping the bill at the festival, which will return to the Glanusk Estate in the Brecon Beacons between August 17 and 20.
Also newly confirmed for the bill, meanwhile, are Lift to Experience, Allah Las, Hinds, Daniel Avery, DD Dumbo, Charlotte Day Wilson, The Mattson 2, Adam Torres, Chelou, Cobalt Chapel, Toby Hay, Stevie Parker, Tom Hickox, Jae Tyler and Brooke Bentham, among others.
