Sweet Baboo Shares Title Track Of New Album 'Wild Imagination'

Sweet Baboo has shared the title track of his new album.
'Wild Imagination', the follow up to 2015's 'The Boombox Ballads' and last year's 'Dennis' EP, is due to be released on June 2 through Moshi Moshi.
Discussing the song, he said:
"I’m hoping that the sentiment of the song is pretty universal. As with a lot of this album, I wanted to convey the same sense of hope and joy I feel when I listen to Robert Wyatt or Arthur Russell singing. Musically, I love the mix of Jeff Lynne acoustics, cheap drum machine, Talking Heads keyboard riffs and Wings guitar licks and the middle eight is lifted straight from the Euros Childs songbook."
The Welsh singer-songwriter will support the new record with a UK tour, making stops in Ramsgate, Brighton, London, Cardiff, Bristol and Manchester between June 13 and 18. Tickets are on sale now.
