Jane Weaver will tour the UK and Ireland this autumn.
The Liverpool singer-songwriter, who is set to release 'Modern Kosmology' on May 19, will call in Ramsgate, Brighton, Norwich, Folkestone, London, Nottingham, Oxford, Leeds, Stoke, Newcastle, Hebden Bridge, Glasgow, Dublin and Belfast in October and November
