Swimming Tapes have announced a London show and shared a new single.
The London-based quintet will call at the Lexington on September 20, following sets at Dot To Dot and The Great Escape. Tickets go on sale at 10am on May 12, price at £7.00 plus fees.
Meanwhile, check out the band's new single, Queen's Parade, which will feature on their as yet untitled new EP, below. Discussing it, the band said:
“'Queen's Parade’ is a pleading note about the state of a beloved seafront street in our home town of Bangor, Northern Ireland. Three of us grew up here and there was a sense you were watching something that seemed very beautiful slowly fade into nothing. “Fond memories tainted by complete neglect whilst always hoping it will return to its former glory when it was full of life, or so it seemed when we were in our youth.”
Swimming Tapes will also support Shout Out Louds at Thousand Island in London on May 17.
Swimming Tapes Upcoming Tour Dates are as follows;
Wed September 20 2017 - LONDON Lexington
