Lucy Rose has posted a video for No Good At All, a track from her new album.
'Something's Changing' is due out on July 7 through Communion Records and will be accompanied by a documentary about her 2016 South American tour.
Speaking about the song, Rose said:
"No Good At All is the oldest song on the album and was written just before I went on my first trip to Latin America. When I wrote it, I was kind of feeling that maybe I wasn't good enough for music and was re-thinking everything. Part of me wondered if maybe somewhere down the line somewhere (my great great great grand-daughter maybe?), there would be a girl who had a little bit of me in her and could achieve everything she wanted.
But it's also got an element of love to it too, finding the one to start a new life with who one day you could settle down with and have a family with.
There's a fair amount of self-doubt in this song, but positivity for the future too.”
The singer-songwriter will support the record with the Worldwide Cinema Tour, which includes UK stops in London, Brighton, Newcastle, Falmouth and Bristol between July 13 and 21, during which she will also appear at Glastonbury, Barn On The Farm, Latitude and Longitude.
The tour will also include dates in the Philippines, Singapore, Paris, Cologne, Berlin and Hamburg between September 16 and 29. Tickets for all shows are on sale now.
