Brian Wilson Shares Previously Unreleased Song Some Sweet Day

Thursday, 07 September 2017 Written by Jon Stickler

Brian Wilson has shared a previously unreleased song, Some Sweet Day.

The legendary singer-songwriter penned the track in the '90s with help from longtime collaborator Andy Paley, who also worked on Wilson's self-titled 1988 solo debut, 1998's 'Imagination' and 2004's 'Gettin' in Over My Head'.

The track is one of two previously unheard songs that will feature on 'Playback: The Brian Wilson Anthology'. The other, Run James Run, was written for the new compilation, which arrives on September 22, while the rest of the album pulls material from Wilson's solo LPs.
