The The have announced a London show, a new box set and documentary.
The band will release 'Radio Cineola Trilogy: A Broadcast By The The' on October 20. It will feature songs, poetry, spoken word pieces, political commentary and electronic scores. Head here for further details.
On the same day The Inertia Variations documentary will premiere at the ICA in London. Johanna St Michaels' film focuses on Matt Johnson, the band's founder, and the 'Radio Cineola' broadcast. Head here for more information and details of screenings.
The The have also announced the Comeback Special, their first live shows in over 16 years. They will appear at Denmark's Heartland Festival on June 1 and the Royal Albert Hall in London on June 5. Heartland tickets are on sale now, with the Royal Albert Hall set to follow on September 15.
