The Sheffield-based band will call in Leeds, Nottingham, Manchester, Birmingham, London and Bristol between February 22 and March 3.
Tickets go on sale at 9am on November 22.
Later this month the quintet will also play the Stag and Dagger 2018: Ones to Watch Showcase in Glasgow and Leeds' Kazoopa Festival.
