Elf, the musical based on the Hollywood movie starring Will Ferrell, will tour the UK in December.
Starring pop legend David Essex, singer Martine McCutcheon and comedy actor Tam Ryan, the production will land at Cardiff's Motorpoint Arena and Nottingham's Motorpoint Arena for three nights alongside a five-night run at the Genting Arena in Birmingham. Speaking about his role as Buddy the Elf's father, Essex said:
"I'm really looking forward to taking Elf on tour. The big special effects that we have lined up are incredible, including a giant sleigh which will fly across the arena, an indoor snow blizzard and lots of skating which all adds to this perfect Christmas story."
Tickets go on general sale at 9am on March 9.
