The Sweet Confirm North American 50th Anniversary Tour

The Sweet have announced the first leg of their 50th Anniversary world tour.
The influential British glam-rockers will kick off the trek on March 30 in Westland, Michigan before concerts across the eastern states and Canada throughout the summer, currently wrapping up in Litchfield, Minnesota on September 1.
The band, who rose to fame to fame during the 1970s with hits Ballroom Blitz, Fox On The Run and Blockbuster, reformed in 2008 lining up with founding member Steve Priest on bass and vocals, drummer Richie Onori, Stevie Stewart on keyboards and vocals, guitarist Mitch Perry and lead singer Paulie Z.
