Yo La Tengo have announced two shows at EartH, formerly known as Hackney Arts Centre, on February 17 and 18.
The shows will follow a run of headline dates in Europe, commencing in Portugal on February 7. The band have been touring extensively in support of 'There's a Riot Going On', their first full length since 2013, which arrived through Matador in March. Tickets for the shows go on general sale at 10am on September 4.
The announcement follows the indie-rock veterans' headlining performance at End of the Road festival last weekend, alongside Vampire Weekend, St. Vincent and Feist.
The new crowdfunded East London venue, Evolutionary Arts Hackney, aka EartH, was developed by the team behind popular Shoreditch venue Village Underground, in collaboration with local charity Community Music.
Yo La Tengo Upcoming Tour Dates are as follows
Sun February 17 2019 - LONDON EartH
Mon February 18 2019 - LONDON EartH
