Isaac Gracie will round out the year with a handful of headlining shows next month.
The London-based singer-songwriter has lined up stops in Manchester, Leeds, Hebden Bridge, Exeter, Falmouth, Bath and London, where he'll play EartH, formerly the Hackney Arts Centre, on November 26. Tickets go on general sale at 10am on October 5.
Gracie, who released his self-titled debut album in April, confirmed the dates with a post issued to Facebook:
